He has always been the first and swiftest to provide aid to anyone in need without asking any questions. Due to his strong belief he has accomplished monumental goals in his life and continues to do so. He wishes that through RKSF foundation he can spread the awareness and help make peoples life more fulfilling. It is his dream that one day no old citizen in all the places RKSF covers will be left helpless and can live a life of pride.

About R.K Sipani:-
1943: RK Sipani was born to Bherundanji & Dhani Devi Sipani and spent his early years in Bikaner. He was the 5th Sibling in a family of 5.

1959: RK Sipani having completed his 10th class in Bikaner moved to Chikmangalur, Karnataka and started his career as a timber merchant.

1970: RK Sipani being the innovative/progressive/dynamic individual that he is, saw a opportunity in plastics started a woven sacks manufacturing factory in Bangalore, he then encouraged & supported other family members to shift to Bangalore. Sipani Group is still present in theses industries and has diversified into multiple other plastic products with their companies: Sipani Fibres, Klene paks & United chemicals and are the largest producers of woven sacks in India.

1976: RK Sipani forayed into the automobile industry and in 1980 produced the first 3-wheeler car in India called the Sipani Badal.

1982: Seeing a requirement of better car he went to UK and signed a technical collaboration with M/s Reliant Motors to produce their car in India named Dolphin. The Dolphin was technically the most advanced car in India at that time. Sipani Dolphin’s USP was it’s fibreglass body that had never before been seen in India.

At the peak of Sipani Automobiles: There were 50 dealerships PAN India and 700 employees with the flagship showroom in Bangalore.

1993: Sipani Automobiles collaborated with Rover UK (Today known as Land Rover today) to set up a plant on Hosur Road known for Rover Montego Cars.

2004: Sipani Group began it’s first venture into Real Estate with a commercial facility built for M/s Puma – the well know German clothing manufacturer.

2007: RK Sipani Foundation was founded in 2007 with the purpose of ensuring welfare and providing a helping hand to those in utmost need.

2009: After completing a real estate portfolio of 1ml sft Sipani Properties Pvt. Ltd got into residential real estate completing an ultra-luxury project in Koramangala.

2012: Sipani Seva Sadan was inaugurated. A completely charitable home for the underprivileged, old aged and physically/mentally challenged. The facility provides every resident with food, clothing, accommodation, healthcare and all basic necessities along with a 24/7 standby ambulance, completely free of cost.

2014: Today we still have presence in the automotive industry dealing in CNG/LPG conversion kits and Auto LPG fuelling stations.

2015: Today we stand with 600,000 sft of residential space under construction and with another 1 ml sft in the pipeline.
